Exponential Moving Average (EMA) Screener Print E-mail

We have started to post our daily scan results for Exponential Moving Average (EMA) in our blog. It will scan for EMA crossover for the period of 50-days and 100-days.

For those traders who are familiar with EMA, Exponential Moving Average is similar to Simple Moving Average (SMA), except that there are more weight is given to the latest data. Trading signal are given whenever EMA crossed over the latest closing price.

Actually we have intentionally removed it but you can make some minor modifications to the script, to prevent the script to remove the adjusted close column.

Bollinger Bands Scan Print E-mail

We have started our scan for Bollinger Bands and Daily Scan results have been posted, check out the results here at http://bollinger-trader.blogspot.com.

As you have know, Bollinger bands is one of the most popular technical analysis technique, it was invented by John Bollinger in 1980s. It is a indicator that allows us to compare the volatility of the market and relative price levels over a period time.

Bollinger Bands consists of three line, a simple moving average in the middle, a upper band which is SMA plus 2 standard deviations, a lower band which is SMA minus 2 standard deviations.
